Adhere Cane Corso Deposit Agreement

Deposit Terms:

The Buyer agrees to place a non-refundable deposit fee for a puppy from Adhere Cane Corso. Surety of Action non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500 via through the website adherecanecorso.com. The Breeder is required to hold a puppy that matches with the description in this agreement at 8 weeks of age or after.

Purchase Price:

The total purchase price for the puppy is $3000. After crediting the deposit fee of $500, remaining balance of $2500 will be paid at day of pick up after 8 week weaning period. Total cost including deposit includes AKC registration papers, full-breeding rights, shots, deworming, dewclaw removal and health certificate. A final Bill of Sale contract with terms and conditions will be sent 2 weeks prior to pick up/delivery of the puppy. There are no refunds on deposits and failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject the Breeder to lose opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyers & retention of the deposit is meant to compensate the Breeder for this possible loss. The Purchase Price does not include any delivery or shipping costs which are calculated separately with Breeder or Selected Travel Service. Price does not include additions such as puppy supplies above and beyond what is reasonable for the transfer of the puppy to Buyer, other medical services or ear cropping. Any and all additional services will be paid and invoices separately.

Additional Terms:

The Breeder reserves the right to void this transaction & refund the holding/deposit fee if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy – (i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, an animal broker, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.) If the transaction is voided or if the puppy should no longer be available due to illness or through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, the holding/deposit fee will be returned to the Buyer within 7 days of voiding of his contract. The Buyer also has the option to select another puppy if available. If the Buyers for some reason can not complete the purchase of this puppy they must notify the Breeder in writing or email within 2 weeks of making the deposit, they can keep their deposit on file with Breeder for the next available litter up to 1 year from the date of receiving the deposit.

General Provisions:

This contract contains all of the terms & the above conditions of the holding/deposit fee of this Adhere Cane Corso Puppy Deposit Contract. By signing below, the Buyer states that they have read the Puppy Deposit Contract & is in complete mutual agreement. The Buyer agrees that they understand this contract fully, that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Florida, United States. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Florida. The parties acknowledge and agree that this agreement may be executed by electronic signature, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature.
